Hey All,
 
A lot has changed in the last year. I left Currys in Maidstone to persue a job in London, which I enjoyed a lot but the cost of the travelling meant I was unable to continue working there.
 
This year has seen a return of my depression, which as a result means I am unable to cope with a job, and I also lost my flat too. I currently live with my birth father Terry and he is being very supportive. I had the end of two relationships this year, which caused a lot of emotional strain as well. I am now back on medication to try and stabaliise me, as well as hopefully receiving more help in the New Year.
 
My family and friends have been incredibly supportive during this difficult time in my life, and I know with there support I will be able to build myself up and return to the person I used to be.
 
I spend most of my time reading, writing and on my computer, listening to music and talking to friends.
